A rash of bizarre murders in nyc appears to point to a set of deformed vagrants living in the sewers. A photo journalist, A courageous policeman and his girl friend, and also a nutty buttocks, that seems to know lots about the critters, band together to try and know what the critters are and how to avoid them.
