Robert"Tank" begins to work for Dr. Magrew sculpting a puppet for the Doctor to bring your using the job of Andre Toulon. Robert begins to fall in love with the girl, Jane. Unbeknownst to Robert that the Doctor is hoping to produce a"perfect race" of humans. Jane discovers a"matt puppet" which is from his very first helper. She comes back only in time to watch her daddy, cut by the puppets, has succeeded in setting an income individual, Robert, in the puppet he carved.
