Cyclone - 1978

During a storm, an airplane crashes into the water, and a few survivors board a tiny tour boat. These folks are swept out to sea and eventually starve to death in the scorching sun with little food or clean water. With nowhere else to turn, the survivors of the boat resort to cannibalism to stay alive...until the rescue planes arrive and the man-eating sharks decide it's time to eat too.
