Dead or Alive 2: Birds - 2000

Two contract killers realize they are childhood friends and cross paths at the center of the job. They take a rest from murdering and visit with the island they called home. After reflecting on their previous lives they decided to form teams and utilize their talents in murdering permanently... much to the upset of the crime syndicates.
