Death of the Virgin - 2009

In 1432 a stunning apparition of the Virgin Mary appeared at the town of Caravaggio becoming the inspiration for its gruesome nonetheless extraordinary paintings of the artist, Michelangelo Merisi (better called Caravaggio). Now, in modern day 2011, three women visit Caravaggio -- Lisa, an aspiring art student, Claudia, a Italian translator and might, a young woman about to enter the nunnery. Their universe turns upside down as soon as poor May and the apparition reappears becomes affected with premonitions of shocking murders. Who'll survive the terror of the supernatural murders on the basis of the paintings come true and the three women must find a vague secret to unlock a shocking destiny...
