East Is East - 1999

In 1971 Salford fish-and-chip shopowner George Khan anticipates his family to follow his own strict Pakistani Muslim methods. But his kids, using an English mother and have now been born and brought up in Britain, increasingly see themselves and begin to deny the rules of their father on dress, food, religion, and living in general.
