The homicidal Shivers that the Clown escapes in the institution and resumes his look that is obsessed for Lynn Blodgett, this time around with 2 buddies that are homicidal. But the guy who stopped him at the film, Detective Peters, is also back, and this time around hes more interested in putting Shivers in the earth than behind bars.
