Katie, A new teenage girl, can not snap after losing her mother. Katie has lost interest in her associates school, and gymnastics. All that changes at the summer when she is asked to monkeysit the Capuchin monkey of her science teacher, Gibby. Her entire life is changed by taking care of these fighter in a large way. The happygolucky personality of gibby renews the zest for life of Katie. Gibby helps her gymnastics, hammering friendships (including finding a potential boyfriend) and overcoming her nemesis, an average girl who's going to be at Katie in any respect.
