Grabbers - 2012

Something sinister has come into the shores of Erin Island, unbeknownst into the fishing village's population resting somewhere off the coast of Ireland. First, a few anglers proceed missing. Then there's the rash of whale carcasses unexpectedly washing up on the shore. When the murders start, it's around two mismatched cops -- an unkind alcoholic and his new partner, a woman from the mainland -- to protect the townsfolk from the giant tentacled aliens who prey upon them. Their weapon, they detect, is booze. If they want to survive the creatures' throw, everybody might have to find very drunk!
