Radio DJ Emma Silver (Shannen Doherty) directs a posh city life in Seattle until she realizes her beloved grandfather has died. Planing a trip to his farm at old-time Valleyville to look after the important points, she's amazed to understand she has been left farm by that her grandfather . Emma has to find a method to elevate the income, or face seeing her grandfather land find yourself being a parking lot, to help keep the bank from foreclosing. Following her grandfather's famous legacy, Emma decides to enter Valleyville's yearly pumpkin growing competition together with his precious seeds and then grow the world-record most significant gourd. When she could win the grand prize of $50,000, then she can save the farm. With the assistance of her neighbor, Seth (Kavan Smith), Emma takes on the challenge, but both end up cultivating something far more evergreen.
