Hell in the Pacific - 1968

Throughout World War II, a American pilot and also a Japanese infantry captain find themselves stranded on the uninhabited island in the Pacific Ocean. After warfare logic, whenever the crafty Japanese devises something useful, he protects it to deny its use to the Yank, that steals it, the idea and/or or its earnings ruins it. Yet each has his opportunity to kill and/or capture the opposite, but pushes this. After a while with the pointless pestering, they end up joining forces to build and person a raft...
