It Happened One Night - 1934

Having tied the knot with society aviator, King Westley, Ellie Andrews is straight off to her father's yacht and out of King's clutches. Ellie eventually winds up aboard a bus headed straight back again to her husband and jumps ship. Reluctantly she has to accept the help of out-of- work writer. Warne doesn't offer her any choice -- he will blow the whistle on Ellie to her dad, or she sticks until he gets back her back again to her husband. Either way, Peter gets what he wants--a newspaper story that is really juicy.
