Mr. Nomura is a eerily handsome, sharply dressedsociopathic serial killer that preys on the women of Tokyo. Back in Jakarta, a world-weary journalist called Bayu finds himself falling into vigilantism after brutally murdering two robbers that were sadistic. When each articles videos in their sprees online, the pair start a competitive and toxic duel and find one another.
