Lady Jane - 1986

His kingdom is thrown by the death of King Henry VIII . His weak boy Edward, is about his death bed. Anxious to maintain England true into the Reformation, Guildford into Lady Jane Grey, his son, whom he puts to the throne after Edward expires is married off by a minister John Dudley. At first hostile to each other, Guildford and Jane fall in love. However, it is impossible for them to withstand power's plan that will cause their final downfall.
