While the secret ceremony dog, Butch, is on maternity leave, max is delegated for the White House. He matches a 1-2 year-old boy, TJ, who's the son of the President. As a consequence of the visible of his father, he is currently trying to fit in and lead a regular lifestyle. During a state visit with the Russian President and his daughter, Alexandra (Alex), TJ is requested to accompany her, during his or her stay. Alex is befriended by TJ, however Max comes to the rescue, when they get in to trouble!
