Monte Walsh - 1970

Monte Walsh is a cowboy who is getting old. The Wild West is coming to an end. As barbed wire and trains make cowboys less and less useful, Monte and his friends have fewer and fewer things to do. Even though they could get new jobs, what they really want is the freedom of the open prairie. At some point, they will all have to say goodbye to the lives they knew and try to start over.
