Jing Hao, who was 20 years old at the time, moved to Shenzhen to be by himself with his younger sister. The life that the siblings lead is loving but not particularly comfortable. Jing Hao stumbles onto an opportunity when he is working hard to save up money for his sister's pricey surgery. He is hopeful that this will be the beginning of a better life for him, but he is blindsided by a significant obstacle. Jing Hao, who is under the burden of both time and money, who has no way out, decides to take a desperate gamble in order to try and win some money.
