On the Town - 1949

Three sailors - Gabey, Chip and Ozzie - let on a 24-hour pass New York and the Big Apple won't be exactly the same! Gabey falls head over heels for"Miss Turnstiles of the Month" (he believes she's a high society deb when she's a truly'cooch dancer at Coney Island). Innocent Chip becomes highjacked (literally) by way of a girl taxi driver. And Ozzie becomes the thing of attention of a gorgeous anthropologist who believes he is the perfect illustration of a"prehistoric man". Wonderful music and terrific shots of New York.
