Peyton Place - 1957

At Peyton Place's outwardly respectable New England community, shopkeeper Constance McKenzie attempts to compensate for a past indiscretion -- that led in her illegitimate daughter Allison -- by adopting a chaste, prudish attitude towards all things sexual. Constance cannot help but be attracted to fine new educator Michael Rossi. The restless Allison, who would like to be footloose and Fancy free as the town's"fast girl" Betty Anderson, falls sincerely inlove with mixed up mama's boy Norman web page.
