Stripped of his medical license after performing a surgery while high on amphetamines, famed LA physician Dr Eugene Sands abandons his life just to find himself crossing paths. Employed as a"gunshot physician" if Raymond's partners can't risk visiting a hospital, Eugene is lured deep into the criminal world and becomes entangled together with his boss's girl friend.
