Prey - 2022

I'm an avid Predator Stan, and this was actually pretty solid. Honestly my biggest issue with the film is the English speaking, it takes away from the authenticity a bit but it's forgivable. This brutal 30 Days of Night ? Predator from 300 years in the past is an awesome change from the predecessors. They made the Yautja much more primal, they even date its tech which was a pretty flawless detail that I absolutely loved. It's high tech yet it's completely dated. This was a great hunter story and I really loved what they did. Even the new title is catchy once you realize it's a new evolution in the Predator franchise. As a Yautja lover, I really hope they give us a couple of arcs in the future. First one being one of the rare female Yautja stories, they are just as ferocious as any males. The other, I really really want to see a real life Machiko Noguchi arc.

This movie was very good, I wish all franchise sequels/prequels were in this vein. It's not just the historical concept that was cool, the characters and story were strong enough to stand on their own without leaning on the spectacle of the Predator. Wouldn't it have been amazing had the movie been released without the knowledge going in that it was a Predator film. In addition the Predator stuff was very cool and creative. I audibly laughed and grinned at some of the kills.

Surprisingly that was a excellent movie, much better than last ones, fighting scenes are marvelous ?.This predator is savage,lots of gears,well made ..Of course nothing equals the original one but this one goes on second place for me?

Prey is the best Predator movie of them all!! Love that this movie was dedicated to the Comanche Nation!! What a great warrior woman Naru is!! WOW!!

very happy they messed up on jeepers creepers and the new conjuring I'm super upset but thank God they didn't mess with the predator I'm happy will recommend

This is a great movie. I'm an avid Predator movie watcher and I have seen this a few times, the Comanche version with English subtitles is the best. I just wish they translated the French too. A great story from a pre-Industrial age movie that plays well into the Predator Series.

Excellent movie in just about every way. Fantastic direction, acting, cinematography, editing, fight choreography, writing, the list goes on.
