Lilah Krytsick can be housewife and really a mother who is always believed she could possibly be a stand up comic book. Steven Gold is a professional. Once the two meet, they develop an unlikely friendship, and Steven attempts to help the untried Lilah develop her stage act. Despite some rather wobbly starts and the understanding of her family, Lilah improves, and she finds herself competing with Steven for a tv location that is coveted.
