Wayne mistakes Mike are the hit man he hired to kill his adulterous wife, Suzanne After a project for Texan Michael fails to materialise in Wyoming. Mike runs, collects the funds and takes full advantage of this situation. Throughout his escape, matters get worse when he runs Lyle, in to the hitman, and fail.

You have to see it to get it. He always plays a resident in his skits, who's going to do a rotation in a specialty, so he always knocks quickly on the doctor's door, then sticks his head in and says "Knock, knock, hi. I'm the new med student here to do a rotation with you."

It's funny. When Cage is on top of the truck and leans over upside down and knocks on the driver's window and waves at him, it made me think of 'Dr. Glauckenflekin of YouTube fame. He's a doctor that does funny skits, and he has a podcast called "Knock knock, Hi."
