An android fighting-machine (Mario Van Peebles) is charged by ruining a little brigade of rebels in a LatinAmerican war who are struggling to maintain their freedom and defend their own village. Contrary to his programming, assist and Peebles makes the decision to stay the rebels inside his or her plight. Having gained this information, his"creators" develop an even more powerful android to attempt to defeat him.
