Hondo Harrelson recruits Jim Street to join with an elite unit of the Los Angeles Police Department. Together they search associates out, including tough Deke Kay and mom Chris Sanchez. The team's very first major assignment is to escort offense boss Alex Montel to prison. It appears regular, but the decoration is stepped up for by offenders of stripes when Montel provides a enormous reward to anyone who is able to break him free.
