The 4th Floor - 1999

A young woman goes into a brand new flat that she inherited from her husband, who'd died there at a bizarre mishap. Someone is outside to receive her and flies and She's instantly faced with neighbors engulf her flat. However, that would it be? Everybody warns her to stay away from her upstairs neighbor, but he may be the only one that shows some kindness. She hammers a floor so very hard once furniture goes that tiles break, although the neighbor is a 80 year old woman. Yet another neighbor seems enough to begin with, but sounds more interfering and threatening. Her weatherman boyfriend cannot be eliminated. Unlike his urge to have her to move in with himshe moved into their apartment.
