The Evil That Men Do - 1984

Once one of his pals is murdered, Pro killer Holland is forced out of retirement to violate a Central American administration's political torture ring. The murderer, Doctor Clement Molloch, is your master sadist supporting the governmental torture of victims. By using his friend's wife and daughter as 24, Holland lures Molloch out of the headquarters. After Molloch's sister is kidnapped by Holland, a doctor is directed on a wild chase that takes him to an abandoned opal mine at which he comes face to face with Holland.
