The Trench - 1999

The Trench informs the story of a group of British soldiers during the summer of 1916, the worst defeat in British military history. Against this backdrop that is ill-fated, the movie depicts the soldiers' experience for a mixture of restlessness, and boredom, fear, dread, confined into a trench on the frontlines.
