The X Files: I Want to Believe - 2008

Six years after the events of The X-Files series finale FBI representative Doctor Dana Scully is now a staff physician at Our Lady of Sorrows, treating a boy, also a hospital. FBI representative Drummy arrives to ask Scully's help in locating Fox Mulder, the fugitive former head of the X-Files branch, also says they'll call off its manhunt for him whether he'll help explore the disappearances of several females, including young FBI representative Monica Banan. Mulder and Scully are called back to duty by the FBI whenever a former priest claims to be receiving visions related to a kidnapped agent.
