When the city market brings three notorious criminals from Mainland China to cross over the boundary and make their luck, the film is placed to China in 1997. Although not known to one another, their notoriety has the rumor that the triumvirate will join forces to stage a heist together, so much so that the criminals get end of it and also are enticed to do exactly that.
