The Jack family Adopts for the International World of Wiener Dog Racing, after Hammering the competition at the nationals. Without parental consent, the kids must sneak off into the races, otherwise their notorious, beloved underdog, Shelly, might have to forfeit her U.S. title at your contest. But the stiff rivalry leads a few of the states to get involved that the actual winners can sniff out!
