2 actors -- both the luckless Marwood Withnail, along with his acerbic friend -- spend wandering involving the bar, the unemployment office and their squalid flat. If they take a holiday"by mistake" at the nation house of Withnail's flamboyantly homosexual uncle, Montythey encounter the disagreeable facet of the English countryside: tedium, terrifying locals and subtropical rain.
