Bates Motel - 2013

A"contemporary prequel" to the 1960 film Psycho, depicting the life of Norman Bates and his mother Norma before the events depicted in Hitchcock's picture, albeit in a unique fictional town and also in today's surroundings. The series starts following the death of the husband, even when she buys a crane located in a coastal Oregon town so Norman and she can start a brand new life of Norma.
