Cuffs is really a real, fresh and visceral play which will require the audience on an exhilarating ride through the challenges of front-line policing. Vibrant and adrenalized, the series is filled full of dramatic episodes and colourful characters. From a booby-trapped cannabis farm at a semi with a shotgun into an older man's wife, the stories are exciting and surprising. There will soon be altercations - such as fisticuffs between pensioners or for instance a middleclass dog napping - as well as the everyday grind of speeding drivers, city-centre shoplifters and Saturday night drinkers.
