Invasion - 2005

Invasion is a classic science fiction television show that aired on ABC season beginning in September 21, 2005. Notably like Invasion of the Body Snatchers, the show told the story of the aftermath of a hurricane in which water-based creatures infiltrate a tiny Florida town and start to take over the entire bodies of the town's population. The show was created by Shaun Cassidy Productions and Warner Bros.. Tv.Due to Hurricane Katrina in 2005 and the aftermath in the usa, ABC pulled early on air promotions. As no reference was received by the storm the advertisements then switched emphasis to the alien-invasion aspect of the sequence. The premiere was preceded with a warning that the show featured pictures of a hurricane that viewers could be sensitive to.
