Our World War - 2014

Our society War is a factual play show that provides first hand experience of the bravery of soldiers to audiences. Elsewhere on actual stories of World War One soldiers it employs imagery and the visual practices recognizable with contemporary warfare -- surveillance images, POV helmet camera footage and night vision -- to immerse the BBC Three audience in life over the Western Front. Each incident is predicated on firsthand testimony, memoirs and interviews that reveal hidden and sometimes upsetting facets of the combat experience.
