Refugees out of a in-state country begin turning up to seek asylum. Only the united states these individuals are out of is America and the war that they are fleeing is 250 years in the future. The local sheriff with a federal representative, a past and a mother in search of her refugee daughter drive this allegory having a sudden conspiracy at the guts.
