Toby Logan is a highly skilled paramedic with a secret. Toby spent my youth in foster care, that in conjunction with his secret, which he shares with no one and never truly knew his parents, has left him a bit of a loner. Until today, Toby has retained his talent concealed, and exploring its chances only together along with his longtime coach and confidante Dr. Ray Mercer.
