U.S. police leader Bill Hixon lands in the British town of Boston, Lincolnshire, with his 14-year-old daughter Kelsey in tow hoping they are able to flee their debilitating recent past. But this unimpressed community will force Bill to question what things about himself and leave him requesting whether it's Boston that needs Bill?
