He has dissociative identity disorder. It seems that he was truly in love with Rebecca, or thought he was. They ended up getting pregnant, lost the baby, and Rebecca ended up killing herself. Somehow the Husband internalized it, making it real to himself. Killing other women.

excellent!!!! 🍿 movie I kept thinking there's something wrong with this guy, when he killed and covered up the sexy blonde neighbor I knew he was crazy his wife was super hot, and smart!!! but she knew things weren't right fantastic movie 100%

I just don't get it and if he was doing all the killing was his encounters with this woman sexually real who is he having sexual and encounters with if he was the killer and all this was in his mind maybe I need to watch this again
