Dashing singer Nick Rivers and popular journeys to East Germany to play in a music festival. If he loses his soul to the magnificent Hillary Flammond, he finds himself caught up in an underground resistance movement. Rivers combines forces with Agent Cedric and Flammond to aim the rescue of her dad, Dr. Paul, by the Germans, that have captured the scientist assured of coercing him into building a brand new naval mine.
