In 2016 the sun has turned into the entire world into a barren and scorched wasteland. The humans who have lived are either resourceful or abusive, and sometimes both. Marie, her little sister Leonie, along with companion Phillip, have been in a car led into the mountains - rumor has it there is water . On the way they meet Tom, a mechanic that is first-rate. But can they trust ? Fraught with doubt , the group is enticed into an ambush where their struggle for survival begins.
