Tripper is your head advisor at an budget summer camp named Camp Northstar. In fact, he is young at heart and only more mature than the seals. Rudy, a loner camper who has trouble fitting in is befriended by tripper. Rudy plays matchmaker between Roxanne along with Tripper, a counselor at Northstar Since his young charges inspire to defeat rival Camp Mohawk in the Olympiad contest.
