People Like Us - 2012

It tells the story of a struggling man that, later flying home to L.A. to the funeral of his eponymous record-producer dad, discovers that the will stipulates he must send $150,000 in cash to some 30-year-old alcoholic sister he never knew existed, and her troubled 12-year-old son.
