Repulsion - 1965

In Roman Polanski's first english language picture, amazing young manicurist Carole suffers from androphobia (the behavioral concern with interaction with men). When Helen, her husband and sister, renders their London flat to move in an Italian holiday with her boyfriend, Carole withdraws into her apartment. She begins to experience episodes that are terrifying, her panic gradually mutating into madness.
