Seven Samurai - 1954

A samurai answers a village's request for protection after he falls on hard times. The town needs protection or so the samurai assembles six others to allow him to teach the people to shield themselves, and the villagers provide the soldiers . A huge battle does occur when 40 bandits attack the village.
