Shep Ramsey can be an interstellar hero, righting wrongs, etc.. His boat is damaged after a fight with an interstellar dreadful until it can recharge, and he needs to hide out on the planet. And mixes it up with offensive paperboys awful drivers, muggers and so on although he leaves his power suit in your home, but still finds himself unable to allow wrongs to really go.
